¶Periodic timers in Windows

When writing a Windows application, it can be useful to have a source of regularly timed events. Here's a few you can rely on:

• SetTimer()
• timeSetEvent()
• CreateWaitableTimer()
• NVIDIA WDDM display driver crashing when running Firefox
